As managing partner of the law firm, it is his responsibility to review and evaluate every negligence case. He supervises every attorney and staff member in our office and meets all new clients as well as referring attorneys. In addition, he assists the attorneys in the coordination of litigation and the preparation of cases for trial.
Gus’s specialty is negotiation and he is actively involved in the settlement of most cases in our office. Gus has extensive experience in virtually every type of personal injury case and has settled thousands of cases ranging from several thousand dollars to over millions of dollars. Because our firm's reputation is to prepare every case aggressively and expertly, he is able to obtain substantial settlements prior to trial. TRIAL ATTORNEY - JOSEPH M. KUNNEL, ESQUIRE
Joseph M. Kunnel is an accomplished trial lawyer who has obtained great results for thousands of his clients. Kunnel was born in the State of Kerala, India, where he practiced civil and criminal law from 1987 to 1991. Due to his hard work and strong commitment to fight for his clients, within a few years of his practice in India, Kunnel became one of the best trial attorneys in the State of Kerala and successfully handled numerous prominent civil and criminal cases, including murder trials.
Kunnel migrated to the United States in 1991 and obtained his LL.M. from Widener University School of Law, Wilmington, Delaware, in 1993. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1993 and the United States Supreme Court in 1996. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Kunnel started his legal career in the United States as an associate of his present partner, Augustus L. Pasquarella. Upon joining the firm in 1993, he started handling exclusively personal injury cases. Within a short period of time, Kunnel proved that he is one of the best advocates for injured people which helped him to become a partner in 1999. His mission is to convey, through carefully assembled evidence, artful examination of witnesses and, most of all, his own carefully chosen words in argument, what it truly means for a client to have suffered tragedy or injustice. He has a special talent in negotiating with the powerful insurance companies and he recovered millions of dollars for his injured clients through settlement and trials. Kunnel is fluent in several Indian languages which tremendously help his Indian clients.

DENNIS A. POMO, ESQUIRE
Attorney Bio
Dennis Pomo has practiced in Pennsylvania and New Jersey State and Federal Courts, representing injured plaintiffs for the past twenty-one years. In his career as a trial lawyer, Mr. POMO has achieved millions of dollars in settlements for his clients. His cases include Jury and Bench Trials, Arbitrations, and hearings involving workers compensation and social security.
Mr. POMO graduated from LaSalle University in 1982 with B.S. degrees in Finance and Management. After graduating from Seton Hall University Law School, he was admitted to the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bars in 1986. Thereafter he has devoted his career to the representation of injured claimants.
Mr. Pomo’s typical clients are injured in accidents involving automobiles, buses, motorcycles, slip and falls, stores, parking lots, sidewalks and ice and snow. They are workers as well as the disabled seeking benefits from insurance policies and from social security. They are also victims of professional negligence in hospitals and nursing homes.
Most recently he has achieved lucrative settlements for a seriously injured boy with brain injuries and skull fractures, who was struck by a car while riding his bicycle; and a secretary standing at a bus stop, who sustained a complex knee fracture, when a pedestrian tripped in the roadway and struck her legs.
